LifeLynx is a site created and mainted by a couple who lost their 18 year old daughter due to a chronic illness. There is no one-size-fits-all pathway to get through grief. This site has many articles and resources to encourage you in your journey of grief. Remember, take one day at a time. When you feel like one day is too much, take one moment at a time. Breath. Pray. Take a walk. Reach out to others who have been there.
