Values
What We Believe is Important

Respect: All humans are made in God’s image and deserve respect.

Compassion: We should love our neighbors as ourselves. We should have compassion for and patience with those we serve.

Integrity: We believe that we should be honest in all of our dealings, both personal and professional. We aim to hold to a high level of ethical ideals.

Creativity: As creatures made in the image of a creative God, we aim to foster creativity within ourselves as well as those within our community.

Generosity: All that we have are gifts from a loving and generous God. As people who have been richly blessed, we have a responsibility to share with others.

Positivity: We believe that it is right to encourage each other unto good works, lift each other’s spirits, and refrain from unnecessary negativity.

Service: Our board members, staff, and volunteers should have an attitude that we are here to serve each other as well as members of our community. Sometimes individual agendas will have to be set aside to achieve a higher purpose.

Outreach: While we aim to meet various levels of people’s needs in our community, we will never fail to recognize that the greatest need any of us have is to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Excellence: We aim to do our very best in all that we do, for the kingdom of God’s sake.
